MIDAXO® FPT-Series

Description

Solvent-based inks suitable for General purpose, shopping bags and twist wrappers. It can be used for a wide range of substrates, special for deep freeze applications.

Substrates

• PP, PE, OPP, Pearlised BOPP
• PVC
• Aluminum Foil
• Metalized polyester

Note: all substrates should be treated to minimum of 38 dynes/cm for good adhesion and optimum resistance properties

• High color strength
• Excellent printability in half tone and good coverage in full tone

• Excellent scratch resistance
• Complete range of basic color available in addition to requested color

Auxiliaries

• Thinner: Iso propyl Alcohol or FT-TM
• Retarder: N-Butanol Or Iso Butanol
• Additional varnish: FPT-021 Varnish (to be added according to your color strength requirements)

Remarks

• Not suitable for lamination jobs.
• Not suitable for heat-resistant requirement.
• Not suitable for soap and detergent wrappers.

• Adhesion promoter 001: (1-4%)
