Description

Solvent-based inks designed for excellent printing properties on various materials. Available for surface printing applications. This ink system offers excellent color strength, gloss, printability and press room friendliness.

• PP, PE, OPP, Pearlised BOPP

• Aluminum Foil
• Metalized polyester

Note: all substrates should be treated to minimum of 38 dynes/cm for good adhesion and optimum resistance properties

Auxiliaries

• Thinner: Ethyl alcohol
• Retarder: Methoxy Propanol
• Accelerator: Ethyl acetate
• Extender varnish: FT-40 Varnish (for surface applications) - To be added according to your color strength requirements and to refresh the ink

Remarks

• Anilox selection is very important to achieve a good print quality
• Recommended working temperature should be 25°C
• Recommended ink viscosity (on the print press) 16-22 seconds/Din cup-4

• Adhesion promoter 001: (1-4%)
• Anti Scratch additive 002: (1-4%)
